Barrett Kotnik is the President and Chief Engineer of Kotnik Engineering Group.  He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. His previous work experiences include Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and  Sr. Aeronautical Engineer at Frasca International.

At Lockheed he managed multi-million dollar projects for integrating advanced technologies into the production lines of the F-35 and C-130J.

His work at Frasca included flight testing for gathering data and creating flight models for high fidelity aviation simulators used in training.
